The customer forwards the order as displayed in the final summary, which contains all the items confirmed by the customer by clicking the “proceed with the purchase” button after accepting the on-line store sale terms and conditions.

ANAME confirms the order by sending an email to the customer’s email address. The purchase is final upon reception of the order confirmation. The customer acquires the property of the goods upon reception of his payment by ANAME.

The place of the delivery is chosen by the customer. ANAME will choose at its sole discretion the shipping and courier delivery service.

The minimum order amount for free shipping in Italy is €180,00 vat included. In case the order amount is lower than 180€ the customer shall pay €8,00 vat incl. for any Italian destination. Any other shipping destination in Europe will be charged €18,00 vat incl. Shipping charges will be displayed while proceeding with the order confirmation. The customer agrees to countersign the dispatch advise at the moment of the delivery and therefore acknowledges the good(s) has/have been received.

The delivery is carried out by an express courier during working hours. The customer is kindly asked to carefully choose the place of delivery and to provide ANAME with a telephone number and a valid street address in order to have someone to accept the delivery. ANAME do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

All prices are displayed in Euro, vat included. The invoiced price is indicated in the order confirmation sent by ANAME to the customer’s email address.

The payment of the good(s) by the customer shall be made by Pay Pal or by credit card using virtual pos provided by the service provider. Shipment will take place as soon as the payment is received.
ANAME retains the ownership of the good(s) until the full payment approval.

The photographs on the web site illustrate the product basic characteristi cs. Slight discrepancies between photographs and product may be due to the handcrafted nature of the product. These slight differences express the uniqueness of the product and do not alter its own characteristics.

ANAME protects its customers’ privacy and guarantees protection of their personal data according to Italian and European law requirements such as d.lgs 196/2003 and directive 95/46/EC. All the personal data collected during the order registration will be obtained for the sole purpose of fulfilling the order. ANAME undertakes to fairly and lawfully process the data and information received by the customer and shall not further process them in any manner incompatible with the purpose. The processed data shall not be kept for longer than is necessary for the purpose.

Personal data transmission takes place through a secure server. Paypal and credit card payments are subject to the operators’ security systems.

The warranty period starts from the date of the delivery and lasts for two years. The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, accident, improper maintenance etc. as indicated in the product specifica tions. The customer forfeit any warranty-related right if he fails to report the defect to ANAME within 10 days from the date the defect has been detected. The customer shall alternatively ask for the defected product to be fixed or replaced. The request shall be addressed to “ANAME, Via San Martino Solferino 101 – 35122 Padova” via certified postal mail.
ANAME shall revert to the customer in no longer than 7 working days after the certified mail has been received, indicating the replacement or reparation procedure and timing.

The customer has the right to terminate the contract at his sole discretion and without penalty within 14 days from the delivery of the good(s).
If the customer intends to terminate the contract he has to provide ANAME with written notice by sending a certified postal mail to the following address: Via San Martino Solferino 101, 35122 Padova. Written notice can be also given by sending a fax to the number +39 049656525 rather than an e-mail to the following address: info@anameofficial.com. The customer is asked to send the good(s) at his own expense at the abovementioned address in order to be reimbursed.

15.
ANAME will refund the customer no longer than 30 days after the unwanted good(s) has/have been received and the conditions set out in article 14 have been fulfilled. The refund is suspended until the good(s)
is/are received. The customer shall have to return the good(s) intact and in good condition in order to be reimbursed.

16.
The Parties will attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute or claim arising out of or in relation to this contract through negotiations. If the dispute cannot be settled amicably within 14 days from the date on which either party has served written notice on the other of the dispute, then the customer agrees to settle the dispute through an alternative – online dispute resolution procedure as provided by Directive 2013/11/EU or Regulation (EU) No.524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council.

17.
This contract is governed by Italian law.
