1. CONTENT AND DEFINITIONS

The following Terms and Conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) regulate the offer and sale of “ANAME” products (the “Products”), by ANAME srls, based in Italy, via San Martino e Solferino 101, 35122 Padova, VAT no. IT 05169770285 (“ANAME” or the “Vendor”). The Vendor offers for sale the Products on his website www.anameofficial.com (the “Website”) to the users who purchase the Products on the Website (the “Buyer” or “Buyers”) and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The products sold on the Website are available just for those users qualified as “consumer”. The offer and sale through the Website is carried out by ANAME in accordance with the following Terms and Conditions and in conformity with the Consumer Right Directive n.2011/83/EU and the applicable National Law.

2. CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT

2.1 The Buyer selects the Products, and forward the order to the Vendor. By doing so, the Buyer agrees to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. At the same time the Buyer proceeds with the payment, in compliance with the instructions on the Website.

2.2 The contract is concluded once the Vendor receives the order together with the payment and provides the Buyer with a confirmation of the order via e-mail.

3. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

3.1 The Buyer receives the Products to the chosen delivery address; the courier in charge of the delivery is appointed by ANAME at its sole discretion.

3.2 Deliveries are carried out from Monday to Friday during office hours. The Buyer is kindly asked to choose a secure delivery address and to provide the Vendor with a valid telephone number. ANAME does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

3.2 The shipping costs are calculated and paid by the Buyer during the order process.

4. PRICES

Prices are in Euro. Prices may vary due to offers or sales. The Buyer is kindly asked to make sure of the final price before proceeding with the order.

5. PRODUCTS

5.1 All the Products on the Website are original and branded “ANAME”.

5.2 The Products characteristics are outlined on the Website for each and every item. Colors may differ due to the internet browser or the computer monitor.

5.3 all the products sold on the Website come with a tag and brand label.

6. PAYMENT METHODS

The Buyer shall pay the Products and all the related costs (i.e. shipping costs) in Euro by credit card or PayPal. The shipping will take place within 7 days from the payment confirmation.

7. GUARANTEE

7.1 All ANAME Products are covered by a two years guarantee for lack of conformity, starting from the delivery day.

7.2 In case of lack of conformity the Buyer shall inform the Vendor within 10 days from the day when he/she first detected the lack of conformity.

7.3 The Buyers agrees that Products damaged due to wear and tear are not considered faulty.

7.4 The Buyer may choose to repair or replace the Product. The related costs will be born by the Vendor. The request, together with the pictures of the detected lack of conformity, shall be sent via e-mail to the following address: amministrazione@anameofficial.com. ANAME will provide the Buyer with the most appropriate solution to fulfil his/her need.

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

8.1 The Buyer has the right to withdraw from his/her order within 14 days from the day of the delivery, without giving any reason. The Buyer shall inform the Vendor accordingly by sending an e-mail to the following address: amministrazione@anameofficial.com, indicating time and place for the pick up of the order to be returned by the courier sent by ANAME.

8.2 ANAME will reimburse the amount paid within 30 days from the day the Products are returned.

8.3 In order to receive the reimbursement the Buyer agrees that:

Products must be returned not used nor washed;
inside the original packaging.

9. PRIVACY

The Buyer agrees with the Privacy Policy as outlined here.

10. COMPLAINTS

If the Buyer experiences any problem or wants to make a complaint about the Products or a purchase made on the Website, he/she can contact the Customer Service at the following e-mail address: amministrazione@anameofficial.com

11. CONTACTS

Each user of the Site may request any information from the customer support staff, by contacting the Seller directly through the contacts indicated in the appropriate section of the Site. Each Buyer of Products on the Site, may obtain information regarding orders and shipments, to refunds and return of the same.

12. APPLICABLE LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the country of delivery applicable to the Buyer’s order including the local legislation enacting the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.

The competent courts of the same country shall have exclusive jurisdiction in connection with any disputes arising out of a purchase made on the Website.
